Our Policies
Security Deposit:
A security deposit is required (if rented monthly) which will be refunded within 14 days after the termination of
the Rental Agreement (see agreement for details). Your rental will be confirmed as soon as mailed form has
been signed and returned, and your deposit has been received. Contact us for mailing details.
Cancellations:
We acknowledge that at times it is necessary to change or cancel travel plans. All cancellations must be in
writing (email OK). If you notify us more than 45 days prior to arrival your deposit will be refunded, less a
$100 cancellation fee. All refunds will be made by check and mailed to you. If rental reservation are
cancelled less than 45 days prior to the arrival date no refunds will be made.
Damages to Condo or Contents:
Guests are responsible for all damages to the condo and/or its contents and will be charged for repairs and/or
replacement of all items damaged during your occupancy. We make every attempt to replace broken items with
like or similar items, but in the event an item cannot be repaired or a part replaced, the guest is responsible for
the cost to replace the entire item.
All condos are no smoking units! A $100 cleaning fee will be subtracted from your security deposit if smoke is
detected in the condo upon your departure.
